SERAPIS ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED REFUND POLICY

We value our customers, which is why this policy was enacted in order to maintain good and mutual relationship between Serapis Estate Company Limited and her Customers/Clients.
As a Company, we ensure to render the best service (s) to our clients, however, customers have the right to express dissatisfaction based on individual differences and also request for a refund of payment for different reasons/conditions; however, as a company we have prepared this policy with full consideration of our client’s while maintaining the integrity and image of the company.
Below are the basic payments required of our clients, the areas our refund policy covers and the percentage to be refunded:
* Customers are required the sum of #20,000 as payment for form purchase and registration, this payment is not refundable to the customer after business termination.
* 5% of the total amount of the property is to be paid by customers as a Legal fee. This payment is not refundable after termination of business transaction.
*Customers are only to be refunded 80% of the total amount paid to acquire the said property.
* Payment is to be paid directly to the company’s account, payment made by clients into individual account is at the client’s risk of which the Serapis Estate Company Limited will not be responsible and will not refund to the client’s.
NOTE; All form of service charge (which includes; 5% legal fee and #20,000 form purchase fee) paid by the customer to the company are not refundable.
Also, this refund policy does not cover customer’s who have kicked start development on the said plot (s) of land.
While ensuring customer’s satisfaction, we are also keen on protecting our image and investments in order not to incur loss, hence; we ask for your cooperation and strictly advise you to critically go through our policies before proceeding with payment.
